Little Superhero Creative Club - Monday 20th October 1.30-2.30 pm - Christ Church Hall, Fulwood

- Address - Christ Church Hall, Victoria Road, Fulwood, Preston, PR2 8NE<br>What’s included in the Little Superhero Creative Club?<br>- Access to fun, creative process art/craft stations each week.<br>- A relaxed, open-ended child-led space – no pressure, just freedom to explore.<br>- Quality time for parent and child to connect and make memories together.<br>- Creativity that supports emotional wellbeing and builds the foundations for positive mental health<br>- Activities that support gross and fine motor skills, along with co-ordination and creative expression<br>- One hour parent/carer and child group. Parents remain responsible throughout the session.<br>- Activities are aimed at children age 5 and under although family flexibility is applied so children under 8 are welcome to participate.<br>- Booking is for one pay as you go session<br>- Creative activities to include - malleable materials, large scale floor art, mark-making. crafts, painting, junk modelling, sensory play, sticking, cutting, collage sculpture. - Address - Christ Church Hall, Victoria Road, Fulwood, Preston, PR2 8NE<br>- One hour action packed group for parent/carer and child to enjoy together - Time 9.30 to 10.30 am<br>- Booking for one taster session or one pay as you go session<br>- Suitable for steady walking children upwards to 4 years <br>- A play based session covering all the fundamental movement skills in fun and creative ways<br>- Children are encouraged to be active throughout the session<br>- Personal, social and emotional development (PSED) - taking turns, partner work, team games, listening to adult, group participation<br>- Little Superhero challenges each week, covering gross motor, fine motor and PSED skills<br>- Use of the large play apparatus and balance/co-ordination apparatus<br>- Qualified British Gymnastics specialist preschool coach running the session<br>- Communication and language skills such as learning, to listen, following instructions, interacting and responding<br>- Learning through the power of play<br>- Dress for comfort and bring a drink of water<br>PLEASE ADD YOUR CHILD'S NAME AND DATE OF BIRTH ON THE NOTE AT CHECKOUT

MONDAY CHILDMINDER Group - Little Superhero Flying Start Session - 10.40-11.40 am - 6th October

- One hour action packed active play session for registered childminders to access our community sessions<br>- Venue - Christ Church Hall, Victoria Road, Fulwood, Preston, PR2 8NE <br>- Sessions are led by Helen Dewhurst, EYFS physical development consultant and British Gymnastics coach<br>- Pay as you go booking for your convenience<br>- Charge is for one childminder setting - to include one childminder and up to 4 children<br>- Childminders with assistants welcome, please book childminder with assistant option<br>- Booking is for one session 10.40 to 11.40 am <br>- Covering all the fundamental movement skills in fun, creative ways<br>- Physical development challenges covering gross and fine motor skills through play<br>- Use of the large apparatus and balance/co-ordination activities <br>- Semi structed with opportunity to participate in group skill challenges if you wish <br>- Session will end with action songs/group activity to cool and calm the children down<br>- Dress for movement and bring a drink<br>- Children remain your responsibility at all times<br>- Please remove outdoor footwear and children to play in bare feet or grippy socks<br>- PLEASE ADD NUMBER OF CHILDREN YOU ARE BRINGING IN THE NOTES SECTION
